We regularly study the usability of Turas applications to make sure our products work for real users. Evidence-based design decisions are key to creating an experience that meets our user needs. The only way we can achieve this is by including users in the design process. Usability sessions explore how easily a user can interact with a website or application. Working closely with Turas users is the best method of getting actionable feedback on our products. There are different ways to get involved.
A user experience team member will visit you in person or remotely. They will ask you to try to complete scenarios using a prototype or the actual application. You will be asked to talk through your thought processes as you are completing the scenarios. You will be asked to rate the ease of completing the scenarios and at the end give an overall score for ease of use. Studies should take no longer than an hour.
These could be one-to-one or within a group. You may be asked specific questions, or just engage in conversation.
You would be observed in your own environment to see how you would naturally interact with a Turas product.

These can be held at a location that suits you. Alternatively, if you have access to a computer with a microphone and access to Microsoft Teams, we can carry out a remote study remotely.
